ClickUp is an excellent way to organize your personal and work life with projects, tasks and sub-tasks. Use Task Bunch with your Google Calendar to enhance your focus and execution of these tasks to GET MORE DONE.

Task Bunch integrates with Clickup and Google calendar so that you can clearly view tasks and sub-tasks in your Google Calendar Description. Tasks are displayed based on the tag you identify in the Google Event Title and matches that with all the tasks in your ClickUp workspace across projects, but only pulls in tasks with the same tag. Tasks display in the description of your Google Calendar event and allows you to focus and get to work on the highest priority tasks.

Adventurous productive and entrepreneurial minds can often lead to overwhelm. We over-commit to projects and lose track of our priorities. Task Bunch allows us to allocated specific time blocks on our calendar that automatically populate with their respective and associated tasks within that time frame. If we run out of time, the remaining uncompleted tasks can be addressed for the next time block you’ve committed to in your calendar, allowing you to move on quickly and effectively to the next project and its tasks.

For example, let’s say every Friday afternoon from 2-3pm, you want to focus this hour on completing Tax tasks. Simple create a Google Calendar Event “Do #Taxes” and all the tasks and sub-tasks from Clickup will be pulled into the description of this event with the tag “Taxes”.
